We are looking for a dependable Truck Loader to join our growing organization and help ensure our glass products are loaded safely and efficiently for delivery. Job Overview As a Truck Loader, you will play a vital role in preparing outgoing glass and materials for safe transport to our wholesale customers. This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and strong teamwork. Your reliability and work ethic directly support our promise of quality and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely load glass and materials onto delivery trucks according to load sheets Inspect materials prior to loading to ensure quality and accuracy Operate forklifts or cranes as needed (not primary loading method) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Skills & Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 pounds independently and frequently Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, and pulling Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in hot and cold conditions depending on weather Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and positive attitude Forklift/crane certification or ability to obtain Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Must pass a background check Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Overtime as needed Starting pay: $17/hour Major holidays off Why Join AGF Glass?
