Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant collaborates with licensed therapists to implement patient treatment plans and provide rehabilitative care. This role supports patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and modalities, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in delivering patient treatment sessions according to prescribed plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, interventions, and modalities as instructed.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards during therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an approved Physical Therapy Assistant credential or license.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have prior experience assisting in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings.
• Possess knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
