Pay and Schedule $1950 or more per week Solo Miles Pay: $0.57 per mile with 2300+ miles per week Solo Stops Pay: $23.00 per stop with 12–15 stops per week Per Diem Pay: $52.00 per night with 4–5 nights per week Safety Bonus: up to $1250 per year Loyalty Bonus: $4000, paid $2000 at 6 months and $2000 at 1 year Paid Training Schedule: Sunday–Friday Dispatch Time: 7:00–8:00 AM Sunday Evening Load Pickup Job Details Deliver SOLO to all states east of the Mississippi River Route: Regional Tractor type: 2023/2024 Automatic Sleepers, Refrigerators, Invertors, Microwave and Tri‑pac & outward facing cameras Trailer type: Dry Van, 48' & 53' Freight: Driver Assist – Garage Doors Vehicle Information Trucks are 36 months or newer 24/7 roadside maintenance included Company drivers fuel at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it) Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided Drivers are the Captain—you make safety decisions, and your job is protected 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder drug test and background check with drug/alcohol verification from last 3 years Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards, maintaining accurate records and logs Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer Perform other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug‑Free workplace.
