RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years' restaurant management experience; diverse team leadership experience in restaurant or retail preferred Proven ability to train, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable to company standards Excellent communication, decision-making, multi-level communication, and organizational skills Ability to resolve guest and team member issues with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and operational controls Experience managing shifts, staffing, cash handling, inventory, paperwork, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment Dedication to exceptional guest service, cleanliness, safety, security, and a positive team-focused culture

SALARY – 62K-70K PLUS BONUS!
