Location: Wausau, WI Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM) Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead and support production employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved. You'll be responsible for creating a positive work environment, developing employees, and helping the team succeed every day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching production team members
• Building employee engagement and maintaining positive morale
• Ensuring a safe and productive work environment
• Conducting performance reviews and employee development discussions
• Managing schedules, attendance, timecards, and staffing needs
• Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Process Improvement teams
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Recognizing strong performance and providing constructive feedback
• Maintaining quality standards and production goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of leadership experience with direct reports
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Management, Supervision, or a related field
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
