What You'll Do:

• Operate roll-off trucks and other commercial vehicles on local routes
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues
• Handle loading/unloading safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and compliance documentation
• Hit delivery targets (95100% on-time performance)
• Work both independently on routes and with the team in the yard

What You Bring:

• Valid CDL Class A license (manual required)
• Clean driving record with strong safety history
• Experience with roll-off, box trucks, or similar equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices
• Reliable, team-oriented, and looking for a long-term home
