Quick Facts

• Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm closed on federal holidays
• 18 22 patients per day
• Family medicine clinic community health, rural health, or FQHC experience preferred
• All ages seen pediatric through geriatric
• Basic primary care follow-up, wellness, sick visits, chronic health management
• Preferred skills: joint injections, women's health, IUD, Nexplanon
• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience required
• Hospital privileges required
