PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is hiring for an occupational therapist job in Corona, CA, and we would love to meet a licensed clinician who wants to grow with us. A Caseload That Lets You Practice Well

Are you tired of seeing three or four patients an hour? At PacificPro, we ask our therapists to see 1.5 visits per hour worked, with one-hour evaluations. That pace leaves room to treat the patient, not just the injury, and it is how we build lasting relationships with the people we care for. Quality of care is the focus of our days, and we would rather you have time to listen, explain, and use your clinical judgment than rush from one treatment room to the next.

Home is your time. At PacificPro, we do not want you catching up on documentation after hours, and we do not want you bringing work home with you. Pay and Room to Grow in Corona

Pay at PacificPro is competitive and incentive-based, which means you can increase your salary in proportion to your efficiency and the quality of care you provide. The base range for this role is $46 to $49 per hour, and there is potential for growth within our company. We are a growing practice, and we are looking for people who want to grow with us.

Compensation
