The RN will be responsible for patient care following the nursing process, ensuring high standards of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Ideal candidates will have experience in ASC, a valid nursing license, and BCLS and ACLS certifications. The role demands effective communication skills, clinical competency, and the ability to respond to patient needs within a caregiving setting.
