Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Urology is seeking a Clinic Services Specialist to help ensure efficient delivery of health care services and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include scheduling using EPIC, assisting with check-in, guiding patient flow, and handling inquiries with service-excellence focus. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience, and strong written and verbal communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
