Sales Customer Experience AssociateFarmville, VAGreen Front Furniture, a destination for unique and high-quality furniture, is seeking a Sales Customer Experience Associate to join our Farmville team. This flexible, floater position supports sales teams across multiple showroom buildings, helping customers navigate selections and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and seamless experience from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sales teams across multiple showroom buildings based on business and customer needs.Welcome and engage customers, helping them identify furniture that fits their style, space, and needs.Provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout the customer experience.Manage multiple customer and team priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.Work independently while collaborating with sales team members to support company goals.Respond professionally to customer concerns and challenges, focusing on practical solutions and positive outcomes.Develop a strong understanding of Green Front products, services, and sales processes.Adapt quickly to different showroom environments, customer needs, and sales opportunities.QualificationsPrevious customer service, retail, or other customer-facing experience required; furniture or design-related sales experience is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and showroom environments.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently.Ability to work Saturdays and holidays as required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with ERP and POS systems preferred.NetSuite experience is a plus.What We OfferA collaborative, team-focused work environment.Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop within Green Front.The opportunity to work with distinctive, high-quality furniture and customers from near and far.If you are customer-focused, adaptable, and enjoy helping people find the right solutions for their homes, we'd love to hear from you.
