Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Division 10 scopes Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate pricing and complete scope coverage Solicit, analyze, and compare vendor and supplier quotations Identify scope gaps, project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and general contractors throughout the bidding process Develop competitive and profitable proposals Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and bid documentation Assist with project turnover and communication to operations following project award Relevant Division 10 Experience May Include Toilet Partitions Toilet Accessories Lockers Fire Protection Specialties Operable Partitions Visual Display Boards Architectural Specialty Products Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business software Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience Previous Division 10 estimating experience Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On‑Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating software Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package based on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays and PTO Long‑term career advancement opportunities Strong leadership and team‑oriented culture Opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
