New Home Consultant

Open Position: New Home Consultant At Wayne Homes, we guide customers in understanding what they need and want in a home. We help them find the best Wayne Homes floor plan and customize it to create a perfectly personalized fit. The New Home Consultant is the first point of contact for most prospective buyers, representing our brand and providing a positive, well‑informed experience. Schedule: Full‑time, including weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week. Most major holidays are closed. Responsibilities Generate sales to meet sales goals. Maintain thorough notes and updates in the sales system about customers. Conduct customer meetings—both in person and virtual. Utilize sales, construction, and marketing tools to educate customers. Create custom drawings for customers based on their needs and wants. Develop product knowledge of all offered products—specifications, warranties, installation techniques, etc. Maintain accurate 3‑Step to Great Service method usage. Provide extra touches that delight customers. Work with Sales Manager to track, project, and plan for future sales. Qualifications A driven individual who wants limitless earning potential.
