The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Responsibilities Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand over shift information and help prepare them to run a great shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals and meet shift targets. Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant. Quality food production. Exceptional customer service. Safety and security. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be a positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
