Gas Service Technician - Experienced Only

Job Description

The Gas Service Technician - Experienced Only plays a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting gas service equipment within a medium-sized team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this technician will regularly travel within the service area to ensure optimal system performance using company proprietary tools. This role demands hands-on expertise in equipment maintenance without on-call or emergency response duties. This is an in-home service tech position servicing gas fireplaces.

Responsibilities

This is for Gas Fireplaces , Stoves and Gas Inserts -

Perform routine maintenance on gas fireplaces and stoves
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently in customers homes
Collaborate with a team of 4-7 technicians to achieve team goals
Utilize company proprietary tools for service tasks
Travel regularly within the service area to complete assignments
Report work status and issues directly to the Operations Manager
Replacing pilot assemblies and gas valves
Up sales a plus with the ability to make commission
