Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as an SLP, or ability to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Strong skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support a diverse pediatric caseload
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Provide consultation and training to staff on communication strategies and interventions
