Innovative Staff Solutions is expanding, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our internal team. This full-time exempt position will report to our Vice President at our Corporate Office in Mattoon, IL. This position works closely with ISS leadership to strategize and develop long-term marketing plans that increase brand visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance ISS's brand presence.
- Oversee content creation, proofing, scheduling, and posting across various social media platforms to maximize engagement.
- Manage and create graphic design materials that maintain brand consistency and professionalism.
- Lead the marketing team in producing compelling job postings and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with field teams to support local marketing efforts and employer branding strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships, and industry partnerships to drive brand awareness.
- Develop and deliver internal and external presentations to communicate brand messaging and marketing performance.
- Ensure consistent distribution of marketing materials across ISS locations.
- Track and analyze KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend weekly strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve marketing impact.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong experience in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus.
- Deep understanding of social media management, analytics, and content strategy.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance.
- Professional appearance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (occasional travel to ISS locations required).
