Job Description

Southwest Insurance Services has been providing commercial and personal lines insurance for nearly 25 years and we have a spot available for an experienced personal lines agent with a Louisiana license and great communication skills. This is a full-time, in-office position for an insurance professional who takes pride in providing exceptional client service, maintaining accurate accounts, and building long-term client relationships. Bonus opportunities on retention and incentives on new clients. The position is suited for someone who is interested in helping clients with insurance needs without pressure to "sell." Compensation is aligned with this non-hard sell approach. Experience and client skills will be rewarded.
