Post Harvest Technician

Job Overview Full‑time Post‑Harvest Technician responsible for preparing medical cannabis products for distribution within Trimming and Packaging Departments at TerrAscend's Waterfall, PA facility. Location On‑site at our Waterfall, PA facility. Responsibilities Timely trimming/hand manicuring of medical cannabis. Creation and packaging of medical cannabis flower and pre‑roll products. Work efficiently and consistently increase productivity. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the trimming/packaging room while performing alternate duties. Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols. Labeling and recording inventory data. Assist with the harvest and curing process of medical cannabis. Perform other related work as required. Requirements Must stay current and adhere to all policy regulations of the company and state. Accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge and familiarity with cannabis. Familiarity with production and warehouse procedures. Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills. High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑year experience preferred. High level of integrity. Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time. Capable of using hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel and pick. Ability to work with hazardous chemicals (butane, propane, etc.) following strict safety guidelines. Utilize chemicals such as bleach to clean and maintain facility/equipment. Must wear PPE (clothing protection), close‑toed non‑slip shoes, and optional ear/eye protection. Work Environment Environment includes high amounts of plant matter and pollen, high/low temperatures, and high humidity. Protective gear is required. Harsh chemicals such as bleach are used for cleaning. Repetitive movements are expected. Background Investigation Condition of employment: complete background investigation based on state rules.
