• Restore equipment swiftly through skilled mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Extend asset life with thoughtful preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Champion a zero-compromise safety culture through Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Translate blueprints and technical drawings into precise, lasting fixes.
• Create clear maintenance records and surface concerns to leadership.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to elevate reliability plant-wide.

Compensation and scheduling

• $30.09–$45.00/hour base, commensurate with experience
• Time-and-a-half for Saturday hours
• Double time on Sundays
• $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Overtime available
