Our outpatient office serves as a central hub when in-person sessions are required or preferred. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to understand their mental health needs, background, and personal circumstances. \n
- Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client goals. \n
- Provide consistent counseling sessions via secure teletherapy platforms, maintaining a professional and supportive environment for clients. \n
- Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment modifications, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in collaborative treatment planning with colleagues, referring clients to additional resources or specialists when necessary. \n
- Ensure all client information remains confidential, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. \n
The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a person-centered approach, you will facilitate meaningful therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient setting. \n
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for managing client documentation. \n

- Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices. \n
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and methodologies. \n
- Previous experience in crisis intervention and management. \n
- Understanding of multicultural counseling practices and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds. \n
