Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfort with implementing IEPs and participating in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Document progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Utilize evidence-based therapy strategies and support inclusive classroom practices
