Document Processing Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Document Processing Clerk to help organize, review, and process digital documents. This is an easy-to-learn position suitable for someone who is comfortable working on a computer and can follow instructions carefully.
The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, and able to work independently from home.
Responsibilities
- Enter information from documents into computer systems or databases.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize, rename, and upload digital files.
- Scan and convert documents when necessary.
- Update and maintain electronic records.
- Sort and categorize documents according to company guidelines.
- Check information for errors or missing details.
- Respond to basic work-related emails and messages.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Requirements
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to use email, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar programs.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Basic typing and data-entry skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- No previous experience required; training can be provided.
