¡¡Nosotros hablamos español!! Buscamos un Asociado de Almacén motivado y confiable para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Asociado de Almacén, desempeñará un papel fundamental para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente y seguro de nuestro almacén. Sus responsabilidades incluirán la carga y descarga de camiones, así como el empaque, la preparación (picking) y el envío de pedidos. Deberá asegurarse de que el producto no presente daños y verificar que la cantidad, la calidad, el etiquetado y el direccionamiento de los pedidos correspondan a las especificaciones del cliente o a otros requisitos. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo del almacén para garantizar que todas las tareas se completen con precisión y a tiempo. Turno: Los turnos varían los 7 días de la semana Horario de los turnos: varios horarios

Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:
- Cargar y descargar envíos
- Verificar, documentar e informar sobre cualquier daño o discrepancia en comparación con el manifiesto de carga
- Confirmar todos los documentos de la carga
- Generar un informe de daños ante cualquier desperfecto
- Recibir, contar y clasificar envíos
- Preparar y paletizar envíos
- Medir y pesar envíos
- Envolver palés manualmente con película retráctil (shrink wrap)
- Seleccionar, extraer y empacar pedidos de distribución con precisión
- Asegurarse de que se observen y cumplan todas las normas de carga, seguridad y protección
- Colaborar en la limpieza y el mantenimiento general del almacén
- Informar de inmediato a la gerencia sobre fallas en el servicio o problemas que deban abordarse directamente con el cliente
- Otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor (Lead) o gerente, según las necesidades del departamento, su desempeño y sus capacidades
- Disposición para trabajar en un horario de turnos rotativos de 8 a 10 horas, si fuera necesario
Requisitos:
- Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en un almacén o entorno similar
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 49 libras (aprox. 22 kg)
- Uso de carros, carretillas de mano y otros equipos para mover artículos
- Subir y bajar escaleras (donde corresponda)
- Sólidas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera segura
