OnSite Specialist - Cape Girardeau, MO

Stryker seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist in Cape Girardeau to support surgical teams by preparing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with clinical staff. The role combines operating room support with sterile processing responsibilities and requires rotating schedules including on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for procedures
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing timely adjustments
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues using independent judgment
• Decontaminate, assemble, and perform function testing on rigid scopes and instrumentation
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating schedules, on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• CRCST certification required within 6 months of hire
• 1+ year experience in customer service, technical support, or operating room environments (preferred)

Compensation: $23.85/hour; USN range $21.58–$29.20 USD hourly
