Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Description Hiring an LVN for a 61 year old male patient with muscular dystrophy, ventilator-dependent, stable. 12-hour day and night shifts available. Key Responsibilities Provide continuous, one-on-one skilled nursing care per the physician's plan of care Manage airway clearance, and tracheostomy care, including frequent suctioning as needed Patient diet is PO Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and respiratory status Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation each shift Communicate professionally with the patient's family and the agency's clinical team Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols in the home setting Qualifications & Requirements Active, unrestricted California LVN license Current BLS/CPR certification Current TB clearance and health screening per CDPH home health regulations Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting Reliable transportation to the patient's home Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable working independently in a one-on-one home care setting Company Description Home Health Agency Company Description Home Health Agency #J-18808-Ljbffr CA Home Health Agency
