8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.

Job Duties

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas
• Pull materials and supplies for production and shipping
• Prepare, label, and package customer orders
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records
• Operate safely while maintaining a clean work area
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.
• 1-3 months of related warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic calculations using American currency and standard measurements of weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in standardized situations with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
• Regular use of hands for handling, gripping, and manipulating materials.
• May occasionally work around moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
• Work environment may include ambient lighting as well as exposure to extreme heat or , including temperatures consistent with outdoor weather conditions.
• Operating in cold room environments is frequent.
