Class A CDL Drivers X Endorsement $85K-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time) Full‑time dedicated account truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement. Run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, offers great home time, and provides competitive benefits. Training for cryogenic experience is offered if you are not already experienced. Responsibilities Operate a dedicated cryogenic account with daily pay. Cover all 48 states; opt‑outs are not allowed. Return home for 7‑day breaks; company pays flights, unless you are within 200 miles—in which case you may drive home. Participate in shadow training: run your own truck while the trainer runs theirs; receive $125/Day and a $1,000 bonus at training completion. If you train new hires in cryogenics, earn an additional $100/Day. Benefits Full benefits begin after 60 days of service. One week of vacation in your first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Pay First‑year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000. Starting salary is $300.30 per day, increasing by $3 per day every six months up to a maximum of $324 per day. Eligible drivers who train new hires in cryogenics can earn an extra $100 per day. Requirements At least one year of OTR or regional driving within the last three years. Must hold tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application. Relatively clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR). No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years. No felony convictions of any kind. Must pass a DOT drug test; applicants who have failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) are ineligible.
