THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is for someone who wants real ownership , not just a title. As Growth Lead for California, you will take full responsibility for the market — from revenue generation to operational delivery. You’ll build the pipeline, close brand partners, coordinate campaign execution, hire and manage your local team, and ensure the business runs profitably. Think of this as running a regional business inside a company that already has infrastructure, product‑market fit, and demand . COMPENSATION

Base $5,000 performance bonus at 12‑month anniversary (paid in installments) Commission & Upside 10% commission on all closed revenue — no cap Commission paid on campaigns meeting a 60% margin threshold Example: $100,000 campaign = $10,000 commission Realistic path to $150,000+ Year 1 $500,000+ earning potential in Years 2–3 as the market scales

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Market Ownership & P&L Full responsibility for California market performance Revenue growth, margin control, and operational efficiency Prospecting, pitching, and closing direct brand partnerships Managing long‑cycle deals (2–12 months) with multiple stakeholders Structuring custom campaigns that align with brand goals and on‑site execution realities Operations & Execution Overseeing end‑to‑end campaign delivery — timelines, staffing, logistics, and quality control Coordinating with internal ops and external partners to ensure flawless execution Solving real‑world problems when campaigns meet reality Team Building Recruiting, hiring, and leading a local execution and sales team Training team members to operate independently and up to Onstore standards Market Development Identifying new locations, partners, and use cases Creating opportunities that don’t exist yet — not waiting for inbound leads Being the face of Onstore in the California market
