AI Solutions Scientist

Hands-on and experienced, the full-time Associate Director, AI Solutions Scientist will architect and develop modern AI solutions while conducting feasibility research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI transformation in business processes remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement AI product strategies that align with business objectives and market trends Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to guide the design and deployment of AI solutions Lead the review of AI/ML use cases, ensuring compliance with responsible AI guidelines and frameworks Required qualifications Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred Deep expertise in AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Experience with data science platforms such as Dataiku, AWS SageMaker, or similar technologies Proven track record of implementing and deploying AI/ML applications in production environments Strong understanding of life sciences R&D business processes and relevant datasets
