Quick Facts Location: Massena Hospital & Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, NY Start Date: 08/17/2026 Duration: 6-9 months, with potential extension Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (08:00 – 16:00), Monday – Thursday Weeks per Month: 3 Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certs: NY License, Epic experience, AHA or RQI certification, Board Certified in Cardiology Experience: Preferred > 5 years; outpatient clinic, stress testing supervision, hospital consults Pay & Benefits: Hourly pay of $281.58 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time compliant with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and licensing fees What You’ll Do Provide outpatient cardiology care approximately three days per week, managing a variety of typical patient cases Supervise stress tests, approximately one day per week, including the review of stress test results (reading NUCs preferred but not required) Support hospital consults at Massena and Canton-Potsdam Hospitals as needed Participate in on-call coverage from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. as necessary, filling in schedule gaps Assist with nuclear stress test supervision and potentially support other providers in reading test studies Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated healthcare team in a solo practice setting with a supportive APP team What You Need NY medical license in hand Board Certified in Cardiology Epic EMR experience AHA or RQI certifications Prior outpatient cardiology experience, including stress test supervision preferred Stable work history with no significant gaps (30+ days) Ability to work independently, with excellent clinical and communication skills Preferred 5 years of cardiology experience Experience reading cardiac imaging, including nuclear stress tests About the Assignment: Join a reputable healthcare team providing outpatient cardiology services, stress test supervision, and hospital consultations across two hospitals in New York.
