Remote IT Support Specialist

Potomac Office Services is hiring two Remote IT Support Specialists. You will help staff at nonprofits and small firms fix computer, email and account issues, all from home. What you will do:

• Answer support tickets, calls and chats
• Fix Microsoft 365, VPN, printer and laptop issues remotely
• Set up new users and devices
• Document fixes in our knowledge base

About you:

• At least one year of help desk or IT support experience
• Comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365 and remote tools
• A quiet home office and reliable internet

What we offer:

• $24 to $28 per hour
