What you’ll be doing:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services focused on restoring function and mobility
• Educate patients and families on treatment techniques and recovery goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Work independently while seeking supervisory guidance when appropriate

What they’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New Mexico Physical Therapist License required upon hire
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in an outpatient care environment
