Job Summary
As a Therapist at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in providing non-medical therapeutic services to individuals, children, and families. We are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where therapists can thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan in a timely manner.
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members and professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals, children, and families.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure or certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Compassionate and client-centered approach to service delivery.
