Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients during the pre and post operative phases, ensuring their comfort and safety. Establish IV access for all applicable patients. Collaborate with the medical team to customize and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, documenting preoperative IV details and patient progress. Educate patients on the purpose, process, and potential side effects of therapies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Qualifications Valid LPN or RN license in Alabama. Previous experience in pain management or related healthcare field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
