We are seeking a Lawn Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations for residential and commercial properties in the Trinity/Brooksville/Tampa region. Compensation & Premium Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Hours: Consistent, full‑time schedule. What We Are Looking For Lawn Care Expertise: Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, aeration, and pest control application. Equipment Operation: Ability to safely operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other lawn care equipment. Leadership & Communication: Experience leading small crews, delegating tasks, and communicating clearly with team members and clients. Quality & Detail Focus: Commitment to delivering clean, professional, and consistent results on every property. Physical Capability: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks. Safety Awareness: Ability to follow safety protocols when using equipment and handling chemicals. Key Responsibilities Lead a lawn maintenance crew to complete daily routes efficiently and with high‑quality results. Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control applications as needed. Ensure all work sites are clean, safe, and meet company quality standards. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, reporting any issues or needed repairs. Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment. Interact professionally with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Train and mentor team members to improve skill level, efficiency, and safety awareness. Monitor property conditions and report issues such as irrigation problems, pest concerns, or landscape needs. Maintain accurate records of daily work, materials used, and property notes. Uphold company values by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. Requirements Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance preferred. Experience leading a crew is highly valued. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization. Credentials: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor. Work Ethic: Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to quality work.
