Role Overview Health and Wellness Director Bench – LPN or RN at Brookdale Senior Living, Chandler, AZ. Through on‑the‑job training and the Brookdale Bench Program you will develop the skills and knowledge required to assume a Health & Wellness Director role, including people management, clinical management, quality care and regulatory oversight. Responsibilities Inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care for residents. Proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of personalized care. Consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage associates, and build resident and family satisfaction. Support Brookdale’s mission and values through partnership, courage, trust and collaboration. Qualifications State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and valid driver’s license. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
