Job Description The purpose of this role is to prepare and distribute food items, maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for meals served, and ensure facilities are sanitary. Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom to replenish serving areas, ensuring availability for staff. Clean utensils, equipment, and food preparation and serving areas to maintain sanitation. Inspect food items and work areas for proper hygiene, food temperatures, and to prevent cross-contamination. Prepare and produce ingredients for cold sandwiches and salads, with limited hot food preparation. Load carts, food warmers, trays, etc., to ensure food and beverage items are ready for transport as needed. Receive food and beverage orders from team members and serve items to meet nutritional and staff requests. Follow proper cleaning procedures to prevent injuries and maintain safety standards. Qualifications Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds. Physical ability to reach, grasp, bend, kneel, and twist at the waist.
