Independent Cleaning Contractor – Evening Commercial Cleaning

Location: Dover, DE
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings
Compensation: $125–$150+ per week, depending on assigned scope
Contract Type: Independent Contractor

About the Opportunity

Done Your Way Cleaners is seeking reliable and experienced independent cleaning contractors for recurring commercial cleaning work in Dover, Delaware.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to independently manage an assigned cleaning scope.

Compensation is based on the assigned service scope , rather than hourly time. Contractors are responsible for completing their accepted scope according to established client quality standards.

Typical Responsibilities

Assigned responsibilities may include:

Restroom cleaning and sanitation
Trash removal and liner replacement
Vacuuming
Sweeping and mopping
Interior glass and window cleaning
Restocking restroom supplies
General commercial facility cleaning

Specific responsibilities will depend on the scope accepted by the contractor.

Reliable and consistent attendance
Strong communication
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to provide your own basic cleaning equipment and tools
Availability Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings
Ability to complete an accepted scope to established quality standards

Compensation

$125–$150+ per week depending on assigned scope.

Compensation is fixed according to the accepted cleaning scope and service frequency rather than the number of hours required to complete the work.
