Our Nurse Managers and clinical leaders play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of patient care while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional excellence.The Hematology-Oncology Unit (7 South) is a 28-bed pediatric unit that cares for patients of all ages and acuity levels. With specialized nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3–4 for hematology-oncology patients and 1:2 for blood and marrow transplant patients, the unit provides high-quality, individualized care. As part of the Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute, the team offers advanced treatments for children, teens, and young adults with cancers and blood disorders, including leukemia and sickle cell disease. The hospital is also the first children's hospital in Florida certified to provide CAR-T therapy, highlighting its commitment to innovative care and improved outcomes.Qualifications:• BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire• Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
