Location: Sunrise Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Virden, IL
Shifts Available: Part-Time Evening, 3PM-7PM
Competitive Pay + Benefits + $1.50-$2.00 Evening/Night Shift Differential!

Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes
Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately
Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive team environment
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being
Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Passion for providing personalized, resident-centered care
Commitment to maintaining a reliable work history and high-quality care standards
