Performance Auto Group is growing, and we are looking for two high-performing Automotive Finance Managers to join our team!

• Buick GMC — Cedar Knolls, NJ

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process from the time a customer enters the F&I office through the final delivery of their vehicle.

You will work closely with the Sales Management team to structure deals, secure financing, present protection products, ensure compliance, and provide customers with a professional and transparent buying experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete F&I process from credit application through vehicle delivery
• Structure automotive transactions to maximize lender approval and dealership profitability
• Submit credit applications and work effectively with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions
• Present and sell F&I products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance products, protection plans, and other available products
• Achieve and exceed monthly F&I performance objectives
• Maintain strong product penetration and per-copy performance
• Ensure all deals are completed accurately and efficiently
• Review contracts and paperwork for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize finance opportunities
• Build trust with customers while effectively presenting financing and protection options
• Maintain excellent CSI and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on funding and resolve documentation or funding issues
• Maintain organized deal jackets and accurate records
• Stay current on lender programs, F&I products, compliance requirements, and manufacturer programs
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performance dealership culture

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive F&I/Finance Manager experience preferred
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed F&I objectives
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and deal structuring
• Knowledge of F&I products and lender programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mentality
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

Experienced Sales Managers or other automotive professionals with strong F&I experience and a proven track record are encouraged to apply.
