Marketing AssistantThe Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department for a large, dynamic restaurant and hospitality organization. This role provides administrative, coordination, and project support across multiple marketing initiatives, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to help execute brand and local marketing programs effectively.Responsibilities:Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Marketing DepartmentField incoming sales and marketing-related calls and route inquiries appropriatelyTrack marketing billings, invoices, and departmental expendituresOpen work orders and assist with job trafficking and project coordinationConduct research on marketing opportunities, proposals, and competitive activitiesSupport the Brand Manager in coordinating the production of promotional and marketing materialsOrder and manage inventory of marketing collateral and suppliesCollaborate with restaurant and operations managers to help develop and implement local marketing initiativesAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited college or universityPrevious marketing experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent verbal and phone communication skillsClear and professional written communication skillsDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable with strong follow-throughAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProfessional personal appearance with a friendly, polished, and customer-focused demeanorBenefits:Multiple benefit plans to suit your needsPaid Time Off401KOpportunities for advancementPositive and respectful work environment where diversity is valuedGenerous employee discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotelsCommunity volunteer opportunities
