We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help grow our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist multiple HOA Community Managers
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all correspondence 
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls & customer service emails
  • Outbound vendor communications
  • Perform various other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office
