Key Responsibilities:

• Laboratory Testing: Conduct diagnostic tests in various fields, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology, with a focus on precision and detail.
• Result Interpretation: Accurately analyze test results and provide timely reports to healthcare providers to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting any technical issues as necessary.
• Quality Control: Follow strict quality assurance protocols and regulatory standards to uphold laboratory accuracy and integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care through dependable lab results.

Qualifications:

• Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Education: Associate's degree for MLT or Bachelor's degree for MT from an accredited institution
• Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment is preferred
