We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Key Responsibilities: Acknowledge guests upon entrance into retail facility Assist guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner Assist with monthly/quarterly physical inventories Process and record sales transactions; maintain accountability for all sales and money transactions made Assist with rotating stock, keeping displays clean and orderly, and creating appealing displays Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Qualifications: Computer skills such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office including Excel are required Ability to multitask – answer phones, greet members, answer questions, and place orders Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Additional Compensation – Employee Meals Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
