Lincoln Memorial University is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to support the growth and mission of the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) at the Lincoln Memorial University Orange Park campus. In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador for LMU-DCOM by engaging with prospective students, attending recruitment events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, communication, relationship-building, and making a direct impact on the future of healthcare education. Position Highlights Recruit and advise prospective students interested in LMU-DCOM Represent LMU-DCOM at recruitment fairs, campus events, college visits, and professional conferences Build relationships with prospective applicants, advisors, and educational partners Assist students throughout the admissions and enrollment process Support admissions outreach initiatives and enrollment goals Extensive travel required What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and represent the university professionally Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable with public speaking and travel Passion for higher education and student success Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications Prior recruiting experience Why LMU?
