Playwright Test Engineer - ATF Automation

Roles and Responsibilities Automated Testing: Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright (JavaScript). Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Test Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites to ensure they are up-to-date and effective. Testing: Perform regression, functional, and integration testing, ensuring thorough test coverage for all features and configurations. Defect Reporting: Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation, ensuring quick identification and resolution of issues. Test Coverage: Ensure complete test coverage and traceability for all ServiceNow module features and configurations. Agile Contribution: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices. Support UAT & Production: Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation as needed. Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience withServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Playwright (JavaScript) for test automation. Proficiency inCucumber BDD or similar frameworks for behavior-driven development. Experience withCI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
