A campaign is easier to deliver when its materials, dates, and messages are in one place. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Omaha to help the team prepare marketing activity and keep it moving from the first brief through the final update.

What you’ll coordinate

• Maintain campaign calendars and track upcoming deadlines.
• Prepare and proofread short emails, social posts, and promotional materials.
• Collect information from colleagues before materials are finalized.
• Help organize the marketing details for local events and activities.
• Update campaign records and summarize basic results or feedback.

This role calls for clear writing, good organization, and the confidence to follow up when a detail is missing. Familiarity with common office tools is useful. Experience from a marketing role, student organization, community project, or customer-facing job can all be relevant; a specific degree is not required.
