Internship - Spring / Summer 2026

Primary Responsibilities: Help to coordinate day-to-day business operations Help to schedule meetings and perform general office administrative and clerical duties Manage and facilitate sample trafficking for press, VIP, and photoshoots as needed Studio and showroom management: order, store, and organize all office supplies; prep for market weeks, including booking models, managing mood and design boards, etc. Liaise with shipping couriers Coordinate team travel arrangements Additional Responsibilities: Assist in photoshoot production and post-production coordination as necessary, not limited to assisting on content projects, seasonal campaigns, and Ecommerce shoots Assist in the set up and breakdown of pop-ups, trunk shows and selling events Collaborate with any team or project as needed, assisting with non-specialized ad hoc tasks Ideal Profile An autonomous and resourceful self-starter with a can-do attitude and an ability to multitask Interest in product knowledge, merchandising and curious about the luxury goods industry Job Requirements Strong sense of project management and organizational skills Interest in assisting a new business in the fashion/lifestyle space Proficiency in all MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with sample trafficking a plus Please note this is a paid internship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
